What is a traineeship?
A workplace traineeship can add value to your business place in many ways.
In this economic climate, what could be better for your business than increasing productivity through training?
Staff who are happy in their jobs, are better able to pursue their own skills development and receive recognition for their learning, are able to contribute more towards your business and its success and growth.
Workplace traineeships can often foster this kind of work environment and the result is that everyone wins.
A traineeship is where your employment combines work and structured on the job training, registered with the NSW Department of Education and Training (DET) |
