With experience in IT Training and support since 1999 based on a real understanding of the organisational cultures within the education, corporate, private and government sectors. Les has experience in planning, delivering and assessing both in small groups, one on one, and class room tutoring in accredited and customised training solutions for Adult Community Colleges & TAFE NSW.

With over 12 years experience as a trainer in the Northern Rivers both privately and with Adult Community Colleges, Katrina can provide training for both MAC and Windows based users. Before undertaking her career in teaching Katrina worked in administrative and auditing roles within the Health Department, has run small business across a range of industries for over 20 years, and brings an everyday practicality to her teaching.
Katrina specialises in information management and database systems from design to implementation and training.
